Museum’s opening hours:
- The Castle and the Carriage House are open from May 1st to September 30th, every day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. The museum's cash desk is open from 9:00 am to 6:20 pm. The last guided entry is possible at 6:00 pm, while individual guided entry is possible until 6:20 p.m.
- From October 1st to April 30th, the Castle and Carriage House are open from Tuesday to Sunday from from 9:00 am. to 4:00 pm. (except Mondays and holidays, i.e. 1st November, Christmas, New Year's, and Easter Sunday). The last trip to the castle is possible at 3:00 pm., while individual guided entry is possible until 3:20 pm. The museum's cash desk is open from 9.00 am to 3.20 pm.
- From May 1st to September 30th, the Granary is open daily from 9:00 am to 5 pm.

Regular ticket - PLN 35
Reduced-fare ticket - PLN 25
Granary Entrance ticket - PLN 10
The reduced-fare ticket can be purchased by: children and youth at school age, guides of organized groups, students up to 25 years of age, pensioners, people with disabilities and their caregivers.
Free admission is granted to:
- Children who are under the age of 5 (for individual visit with parents or guardians)
- Museum employees,
- Members of the Association of Art Historians,
- PTTK guides from organized groups.
Tickets can be purchased online – however, only a portion of daily admissions are available for online sale. Remaining tickets are obtainable for purchase at the Museum’s ticket office. The Niedzica Castle Complex – Museum does not conduct ticket reservations. Tickets are sold for specific times, and tours are conducted in groups with a guide (a guide is included in the ticket price) or individually. The maximum group size is 55 people. Ticket holders are obliged to observe the time of entry, which is indicated on the ticket. A ticket purchased online for a visit to the Granary is valid for the entire day, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
