The Niedzica Castle Complex – Museum does not conduct ticket reservations. Tickets can be purchased online – however, only a portion of daily admissions are available for online sale. Remaining tickets are obtainable for purchase at the Museum’s ticket office.
From October 1st to April 30th, the museum is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the ticket office open until 3:20 PM.
The museum is closed on Mondays.

Due to high demand, tickets sell out quickly – waiting times to enter the castle may be extended, and all entry slots for a given day may already be sold out.
