Getting to the Dunajec Castle in Niedzica

The Dunajec Castle in Niedzica is located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in the Nowy Targ district, in Łapsze Niżne Commune, on Lake Czorsztyńskie.

Access to the castle is possible both by car and by public transportation. Here are some options for getting there:

1. By car:

Dunajec Castle is located on the district road 1639K Debno - Niedzica - State Border. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the castle from Nowy Targ - first on national road 49, and then on district road 1639K through the villages of Debno, Frydman and Falsztyn. There is a parking lot near the castle where you can leave your car.

2.By public transport:

You can use the bus service that runs on the New Targ - Sromowce Niżne line. Buses regularly leave from the train station in Nowy Targ. You should get off at the stop in Niedzica - Zamek. In addition, there are free bus lines, organized by the Nowy Targ District and the Łapsze Niżne Commune.
